Market Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Inclusions
Market Members may claim a standard stall space for each date of any eligible Eat. Shop. Love. event. Space size depends on venue and section, typically 3m x 3m, and must be redeemed by contacting Eat. Shop. Love. Members that require stall add-ons (e.g. double stalls) must purchase these add-ons via the TryBooking event page.
Market Members are able to lock into newly launched events earlier than non-Members. From the launch of new events, Members have 3 days to confirm their interest in trading at an event before non-Members may book in.
Membership Cancellations
Market Members may cancel their Membership at any time, they will retain the inclusions of their Membership until the end of the purchased period and their Membership will not be renewed.
Early cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Event Session Cancellations
If a Market Member fails to attend 3 consecutive sessions, or 6 sessions over a course of 9 weeks, with no attempt of notifying Eat. Shop. Love., Eat. Shop. Love. may declare their Membership void without refund
Members are required to inform Eat. Shop. Love. if they are unable to attend an event which they have claimed a stall at through their membership. Cancelled event sessions will not affect the length of the Member's membership, nor are they eligible for refund.
Stall Requirements
Market Members are still required to operate their business using all the requirements of non-Members. These requirements differ depending on the event in question, and can be found via TryBooking or by contacting Eat. Shop. Love. at events@eatshoplove.info.
Eat. Shop. Love.
Event Commitment
Eat. Shop. Love. is committed to providing all Members a variety of events that makes a Membership valuable. In the course of a full calendar year, we are committed to running event sessions on at least 35 separate dates of the year. Compared to the value of purchasing each of these dates individually, this guarantees a minimum of 10 "free stalls" for Members over the course of the year. If Eat. Shop. Love. does not run event sessions on at least 35 separate dates over the course of the year, Market Members will be offered a full refund of their Membership, no matter how many event sessions they attended over the year.
